Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Keep your password confidential.

2. Use of the Service

• We provide a collection of browser-based tools for personal and business use.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
• Prohibited uses include: illegal content; infringement; malware; abusive or automated scraping; attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• We may impose technical limits (e.g., rate limits, file sizes) and may change or discontinue tools at any time.

3. Premium access & billing

Premium is billed via Stripe as a recurring subscription unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices and features may change. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium access typically continues until that date. We may suspend or terminate access for non‑payment, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4. Credits/tokens

Some tools may require credits/tokens, which are granted (e.g., free monthly allotments) or purchased. Credits are a right to access features, not a monetary balance, and may expire or be adjusted to prevent abuse.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We aim to process content transiently or store it only as needed to deliver specific features (see our Privacy Policy for details). You represent that you have the rights to submit and process the content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Third‑party services

We integrate third‑party services (e.g., Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third‑party failures or actions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, accuracy of outputs, or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if no such payments were made.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for operational/security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be effective prospectively. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your local jurisdiction to the extent not preempted by federal law. Venue and jurisdiction will be in competent courts where we are based, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
